Do you require a deposit on the machine?

We require a valid VISA/MASTERCARD with funds to secure the machine against anything that may happen to it while in your care.

Do your machines require ice?

No, all machines are self-freezing.

How many drinks will each batch yield?

Margarita and Lemonade flavors will yield approximately 75 drinks. Most other flavors will yield 45-50 drinks.

Can I get more than one flavor from a machine?

Yes, but it would need to be added as a puree after the drink is dispensed from the machine. We offer a variety of flavor additives.

How much liquor do I need?

Each recipe calls for a different amount of alcohol. Please see "mixing instructions". for more details.

Do you help set-up the machine?

Of course. We deliver the machine on a roll cart and place it where you desire. We mix the 1st batch, make sure the machine is freezing, provide you with instruction, and arrange for next day pick-up.

What are the electrical requirements? Can I use an extension cord?

NO EXTENSION CORDS SHOULD BE USED. In the case of absolute necessity, you can use an extension cord, but ONLY ONE THAT IS 12 GAUGE OR LARGER, AND 25 FEET LONG OR LESS. This is very important, as you could do damage to the machine and trip your breaker. The machine requires a typical household 20 amp outlet and NOTHING ELSE can share that service. The machine has a 5' cord.

I have some steps/stairs, is this a problem or extra charge?

Steps and stairs are difficult to navigate with these machines/carts (also, sloping yards, non level surfaces or any surface that is unstable - like gravel). If you have more than one step strung together, help will be needed to get the machine over them. You will be asked to provide the extra hand, and in the case of many stairs, and extra charge could be applied at the deliverer's discretion. In most cases, one flight of stairs = $20.

Do you have to use liquor with your recipes?

No, you can remove the liquor ingredient from each of the recipes and still have a wonderful, delicious frozen drinks. These non alcoholic frozen drinks are great for kids birthday parties, graduation parties or just on a hot day hanging around the pool.
